Joe evaluated the problem both inside my home (thermostat, filter, blowing air) and outside (fan), and then up in the attic (ducts, electrical wiring and connections). He made some adjustments and determined mine was actually an electrical problem and so recommended a reputable electrician (who when called, also came out promptly).
