One company wanted to charge me $130 for a diagnostic and another couple hundred dollars to fix the issue, I told them I knew what the problem was and not charge me the diagnostic but they said that's their policy, well my policy is not to pay for something that is already know. Thank God Joe called me and said that he had another job in the area and would come by afterward, which is what he did. He wasn't sure what the real problem was and if it didn't work he wouldn't charge me (who does that!!).
